CHELYABINSK METEOR EXPLODED 5 YEARS AGO

The Chelyabinsk meteor was a superbolide caused by an approximately 20-metre near-Earth asteroid that entered Earth's atmosphere over Russia on 15 February 2013 at about 09:20 YEKT, with a speed of 19.16 ± 0.15 kilometres per second (60,000–69,000 km/h).

The review could be really interesting for Belarusian students and teacher - it's always exciting to look at ourselves from another angle.

SIR ISAAC NEWTON’S 375 ANNIVERSARY

Isaac Newton (January 4, 1643 to March 31, 1727) was a physicist and mathematician who developed the principles of modern physics, including the laws of motion, and is credited as one of the great minds of the 17th century Scientific Revolution. In 1687, he published his most acclaimed work, Mathematical Principles of Natural Philosophy, which has been called the single most influential book on physics. In 1705, he was knighted by Queen Anne of England, making him Sir Isaac Newton.
